Glynde Place is a magnificent Elizabethan country house sitting on the Sussex Downs. The project consisted of the restoration of this 16th Century Grade I listed house, including repairs to the oak framed roof, floor strengthening and significant repairs to the chalk and flint walls. Contemporary staircases were added internally to improve circulation to create a home suitable for modern family living. The Brewhouse was converted to office accommodation. Access was improved to the property through a new gated driveway.
