The project comprised conversion of grade II listed farm buildings at Essendonbury Farm into a commercial enterprise to provide offices, workshops and display space for an Aston Martin dealership.
The project included demolition of more recently constructed barns and the repair and restoration of existing buildings to accommodate modern workshops and offices.
