The Hall will be sensitively repaired using traditional craft methods and transformed, to provide 10 bedrooms as part of a boutique hotel, with a further 5 luxury cabins located within the grounds. A entirely new drainage system and access road connected to the public highway are to be provided in a sensitive area of known landslip.

Both the Hall and cabins will be linked directly to the adjacent giraffe reserve, allowing guests the unique experience to interact with the giraffes in close proximity.
