This archaeologically sensitive and confined site, is located between the 17 th Century college chapel and the Rector’s lodgings.
The project was developed to provide a two storey steel framed extension over a new 4m deep piled basement. Ground movements were carefully monitored during construction. This project was successfully completed in 2015 and granted an RICS award for conservation in 2016.
