This Grade II listed Georgian styled Edwardian house, was built in 1909.
In 1948 it became the location of the Warwickshire Institute of Agriculture and latterly part of Warwick College.
A major fire occurred in 2008 resulting in over £6m of damage with the loss of the entire roof structure. A major scheme of conservation and repair was undertaken and the building was completed in 2010.
