This project involved the repair and refurbishment of an 1820s villa in the centre of London which was the home of J M Barrie whilst he was writing Peter Pan.
The building retained many changes made by Barrie, and included a very early glass floor. The project involved re roofing, strengthening floors, alterations to form a modern kitchen and new retaining walls in the front garden to create an improved light well for the lower ground floor.
