This model has worked well for us and our clients. However, we now want to move to a more permanent structure that can safeguard our ownership and independence in perpetuity.

To this end, we will be moving the ownership of the business to a special trust that can permanently hold ownership for and on behalf of all the current (and ultimately future) employees of the business.

SFK Consulting can then remain independent forever.

Our senior management team, employees, culture, values and high standards will remain exactly the same. This is one of the reasons for the change; we think that we have a great team that delivers exceptional results and we want to safeguard our ownership to ensure that this won’t change in the future.
