Aisling is an environmental consultant, with experience in flood risk and asset and environmental management through the project design stages. She has been involved in assessing flood risk and undertaken flood compensation assessments.

Previously she worked on the HS2 scheme gaining experience at a large consultancy collaborating with a team of engineers to design river realignments, culverts and replacement floodplain storage areas, and assessing the changes in flood risk. In the first year of her career, she worked at the Environment Agency updating and validating the asset and inspection databases ensuring data accuracy and quality to reflect actual conditions and status.
